Food Engineering

Through years of research and patented process developments we have accumulated a unique knowledge of extending shelf life for chilled and ultra fresh food concepts. We are maintaining flavours, colours, vitamins, antioxidants and texture of both single protein products and combined meals such as ready meals. Our ambition is to improve both shelf life and product quality compared to current production and packaging formats.

Packaging

Our patented Dream Steam® packaging concept and our processing system MicroPast® offers applications and added value for fresh, chilled and frozen foods for retail and food service businesses. It also offers new options for food manufacturers with quality up-grading, export or new technology plans.
Adaption to existing production lines is generally possible as is the MicroPast production system.
